Everything worked fine until the recent “bill pay experience” update. Now, on my phone, it is not possible to enter the date I want for paying a bill. The calendar vanishes when I try to choose a date other than the default, and it cannot be typed in either. I’ve reported the bug and only gotten wonky workaround suggestions that don’t work. It worked fine before! I love PCU, and have been a member for many years, but I need a mobile bill pay feature that works properly so this is a deal breaker for me. Unless their genius coders can fix what they broke soon, I’ll be shopping around.

The app should let you select the desired send-on date by tapping the calendar icon and then choosing the date. We apologize that this isn't the experience you were having. If you continue to encounter this or other issues, we recommend using the live chat feature while in the app so one of our Member Service Center representatives can view your screen and address any unexpected behavior. We understand that bill pay is an important feature and aim to create the best experience for our members and app users.
