I read the instruction manual, but no where in there did it tell you how to transfer files such as iBook files. I transferred my photos and contacts without a problem, but it is the other files on my iPad Air that I need to transfer. Anybody have any suggestions?

Downloaded the app and am still not able to save/access the dongle (external), which was what I was promised in purchasing it! No web page or Facebook, no instructions or troubleshooting! I have no external & no contacts. Piece of junk!

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. 1. Fix online help link 2. Improve the Photo Library function
