So neat inbox but also provide excellent signature template for business! I use and easy to insert in a email recipient. So powerful but simplest of design include features. I believe this is one of easy ways for business who prefer for simplest things do in email app. For outlook and gMail are usually for someone who’s heavy in huge business or popular email either other than huge business. Netease is the company of Chinese business that provide for many people who have business. It also provide excellent tools for them (business people)! For example, I like Youdao (the dictionary) with different language which I able to use for my small business! Si! ~ Yes! It’s actually good for me to use than get headache if it getting problem. This is my second favorite email app.
Please be away from NetEase if you don’t have a Chinese Mobil number

I’ve been using NetEase’s email for many years and was feeling good all the time. I have used it to sign up for many other accounts even for my Apple ID. However, nightmare came to me when I suddenly forgot my password. I’ve never seen such stupid procedure to retrieve a password. The only way you can quickly get it is to send a message to an Only-Chinese-Available number. If you don’t have a Chinese Mobil number, you can’t send one and you’ll need to fill a questionnaire asking when you created your NetEase account, what is the title of one of your emails and what is its email address. The worst part is this information is not enough!! They even ask you to upload a copy of your Chinese ID card, which is very sensitive! Excuse me, why should I trust a system that had info leak just a year ago? You know what? This is still not the end. You need to wait for 3-5 days for them to verify your identity. And you still have the risk to get denied! This is ridiculous to spend so much time and risk your privacy on just retrieving a free email account’s password! A lot of people are complaining about this but they never hear. So please don’t use any of their products unless you want to go through all these pains when you forget password. It doesn’t worth it.
Great app for tracking your email at any time

I once had really bad issue of login to my Chinese email. I couldn't even open the email due to the Internet and browser problem. whenever I try to login, it said 'please try later'. Then I download this app, and found out that I have free access to my Chinese email at any time. I can open the email, manipulate with the settings in this app and let it reminds me of new coming emails. This is definitely a great app you would like to try especially when you have a similar issue as mine. Highly recommended, and the most important things is that it's for free! And doesn't take many space on your phone.

I use this for my China-based email addresses on phone and Mac, and it was super easy to set up, and works well. The phone version is perfect, because it has an English version. The Mac version, which I think is by the same developer, apparently only has a Chinese version. I had to get a Chinese friend to show me which buttons to press to compose an email, and the rest was pretty intuitive. As a longtime expat resident of China who can’t read Chinese, I would like it if the Mac version offered an English interface, but even without, both the phone and Mac version are super useful apps that I use every day.
