ImPACT Passport® empowers you to take an active role in concussion management. Provide healthcare professionals access to your data, record symptoms, and locate an ImPACT-trained care provider anytime, anywhere. Grant care providers immediate access to your test results and symptom records by providing them your Passport ID, a unique identification code received upon completion of an ImPACT®, ImPACT Pediatric®, ImPACT Quick Test®, or Cognitive Impairment Screener™ (CIS).
ImPACT Passport includes the ability to:

Harder to Access Results for Health Care Providers

Definitely dislike how much harder it is to look up an athlete's test information. As an ATC, it's nice being able to pull up their results by just using my log-in and searching their name. I don't have time to enter in all their "passport ID's" and they definitely will not remember them. Will probably delete the app unless that's changed.

Extremely poor user interface to enter ID from a phone. Had to move month by month from 1986 to 2006 in order to enter birthdate. Can’t paste in ID. Had to manually enter the 12 digit ID.

Does not work to retrieve test results

The description indicates you can manage your test results. After a successful log in O cannot access the results of today's test and there is no feature in the menus that indicates this can be done.
We’re now including your ImPACT Passport ID on all Completion Confirmation images generated from the app for all of our products and test types.
Remember to save your ImPACT Passport ID right here in the app by scanning the on-screen QR code at the end of your test! And don’t forget that you can generate a test completion certificate in this app at any time, if needed.
