The Voicebooth Desktop Companion allows you extended control over functionality on your account, including the ability to access and manage your speed dials, as well as enable/disable temporary call forwarding from your desktop.
Through Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), the Desktop Companion will interact with web browsers and applications such as Outlook to make it easy to dial out numbers embedded in emails, web pages, CRM systems such as Microsoft CRM and Salesforce, and more - at the click of a mouse, you handset or soft phone will being to ring the number on-screen.
