Lack of many service
Smsa is wide range firm and should have at least notification on coming shipment. A bug found when try to create new address using map location, overlap text with mobile number on registration. Last update was 8 months and it is a shame.
Worst company ever,
I have shipment for almost a week and still didn’t receive it, they want the customers to chase them, They send you SMS so you can call them and go picking up your shipment, she called me confirm my name and told me I have package then hang up without giving me a chance to ask a simple question, they better hire very trained people not grumpy.
Houston we have a problem
The App is outdated. Needs updating.
Although it was fair to track shipments, it sometimes annoying when it keeps crashing.
