I have been a Busy Bee for over 3 years and have loved my experience as a Bee. I have been through a LOT of changes, between the app and management team, but I can confidently say they have handled each transition very well. I have always received a text or call back with any question or issue I have brought to their attention within the same business day. When I started working for them, there was only 50 Bees and now that there are over 1,000, which proves that their growth has been exponential. This company has been a true blessing for me through college because of the flexibility!! I went through nursing school with 40 units and 24 clinical hours weekly but still was able to fit in a few jobs a week, so I was still able to earn money (which i would have never been able to do with any other job). The connections I have formed with families has been incredible. Their referral based system for families helps me feel completely safe every time I walk into somebody’s home. I am incredibly grateful for this company and the last three years I have spent as their employee! Thanks Busy Bees! 🐝❤️

I’ve worked for Busy Bees for almost one year now and loved it immediately, and have witnessed the managers making new changes that have only made me love Busy Bees more! I love that every home I walk into is a safe place and that parents are so friendly and open about what their kids needs are and what they expect from me as a sitter. Since management has expanded cliental to east valley I have constantly been getting requests from parents wanting me to come back and watch their kids again! Management does a great job in the interview process of making sure that both families and sitters have a positive background so maintain a positive community. The app is very user friendly and management is amazing about getting back to you if ever a problem arises. I love busy bees and the amazing connections I’ve made with families over the valley and the ability I have to create my own schedule to leave plenty of time for school and my own family! Also, one of the changes management has made is to pay their sitters on a weekly basis now, which really helps with those who have rent and other bills to worry about.

I have been a bee for just over a year, I have a regular full time job but with inflation in Phoenix I wanted to start earning some side income. I was interviewed and happy to join the team, a lot of my friends work for Busy Bees also.Pros: it is easy to book a job and you are compensated if the family cancels within a short amount of time before the job starting. If the family forgets to cancel and you show up, you are compensated even more. I am really thankful that they raised the pay a little bit also. Group jobs are plentiful and usually easier but those places generally don’t tip. Stripe is how you get paid and it has never glitched on me after a year of working with Busy Bees. Cons: The company takes a pretty big chunk of what the parents pay vs. what you get paid. I guess that’s fine because they facilitate getting quick jobs. Also, depending on where you live it might be hard to find a bee/job. This area is really spread out so you could find yourself driving far to meet your minimum requirement of jobs per month. Also, parents have 24 hours to check out of a job and sometimes take the full 24 hours so it could be about a week before you get paid after a job - good to know if you have bills and such :) Lastly, I have been told by most parents that they don’t ever see my messages in the app, which is sad if I thanked them for a tip or wanted to connect with their family again.Overall I am really thankful for this app in the tough times and thankful for the connections I’ve made with nice families and other Bees.

The first time I used Busy Bees Babysitting I was a nervous new mom with a 6-week-old baby. The owner, Amanda, helped talk me through the booking process & informed me how the babysitters who see my job request ONLY have experience with children my age. I was comforted knowing the only Bees who could pick up my job have already watched infants in the past. Erin came to our door and was a pro. She took care of my son like a seasoned vet and we’ve been in love with Busy Bees ever since. 5 years have gone by & we’ve added to our family. We have used Busy Bees consistently so I could work a part-time job, we’ve used them for date nights & appointments & everything in-between. Our sons love Busy Bees and run to the door with excitement when they know a new babysitter is at our door. They recognize the Busy Bees t-shirts when we are out and about. It is synonymous with trust, love and FUN. We couldn’t BEE more thankful to have Busy Bees Babysitting in Phoenix.
