Good app, but it lacks features compared to the web version. Also after some time it started crashing and wouldn’t open, I had to reinstall the app

I had been a loyal Zadarma customer for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse this past year. Without any reasonable explanation, the company disabled my ability to connect new numbers, claiming restrictions related to Russia, North Korea, and other sanctioned regions. This makes absolutely no sense, as I live in the United States and have no connection whatsoever to those territories.What makes the situation even more unacceptable is that I had already paid $500 for a yearly service plan. Despite this, Zadarma provided no practical solution, no clear justification, and no respect for long-standing customers. Their actions feel careless at best and misleading at worst.My advice is simple: be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Their policies are inconsistent, their communication is unclear, and their customer support fails to address real issues.

They sell phone numbers that you cannot use for the first 3 months. You tell me, what is the purpose of purchasing a phone number that does not work? The information about 3 months wait is hidden. I call it FRAUD!They also require you to send them a photo of yourself holding your open passport in front of the blank sheet with written today’s date on it.They are collecting personal information. I will report this company to the authorities.Your response is inadequate. You fraudulent description says nothing about a 3 month wait before anyone may use the number. First 5 bullet points in your app description are all lies! I have sent all required by you proof (outrageous invasion of privacy), and still cannot use my number. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! That is what you are.

Lots of options are available only through the web page, payment information and personal sett is, for example. People downloading phone apps to avoid using web versions, so this is extremely frustrating. Also, you can not send text messages to certain countries, Russia for example. But you learn about it only AFTER you put money on your account. As well, when trying to send text to a USA number, system gives you an error, but web version sends such text just fine. Honestly I’d recommend to search for another service.
