Join is the hub for healthcare professionals and providers. It simplifies communication and collaboration between clinicians and healthcare providers through its secure and compliant patient information sharing technology. Join also enables clinicians to view high-resolution CT/MRI images via a DICOM viewer anywhere, reducing the need for them to switch between sites and helping speed up care delivery without sacrificing quality. Join easily integrates into internal IT systems such as PACS and EMR*, enabling users to view and share EHR information*, various diagnostic images, laboratory data*, and prescriptions*. * This feature is optional and currently limited to a few specific EMRs Join is also certified as a software medical device by PMDA (Japan), FDA (United States), CE (European Economic Area), and ANVISA (Brazil). Optimizing notification

In the latest release, the profile picture is included in the in coming message which pushes and distracts from the actual content of the message. This is particularly difficult when reviewing messages on iWatch. Perhaps an option to disable the appearance of profile pictures on notifications would solve this. Otherwise, no complaints!

Join app works but has bugs/missing features that need attention

Pretty good app for its function. Would love if it didn’t switch my music (headphones) to speakers when I go to check on notifications. Also face/Touch ID needs to be implemented.

Safety Information
・Use for intended purpose only.
・Join should be used by trained healthcare professionals.
・Ensure you are connected to a high speed stable network connection when using Join. Many
Join functions may not work properly if network is slow or unstable.
・Join video and audio calls will be disconnected if you answer a phone call on mobile iOS
and Android devices.
・When using Join on mobile devices ensure to have enough battery charge to ensure non-
interrupted use.
・Contact your tenant administrator if you do not know the tenant code and tenant password.
・Refrain from sharing the tenant code and tenant password and store it in a secure place to
avoid theft.
・Verify the shared content is the intended one when sharing screen in a video call.
・When using Join on mobile devices verify you have Wifi or cellular (4G/5G) connectivity
enabled and Airplane mode disabled. Many Join functions won't work without an Internet
network connection.
・Ambient Light Condition: For viewing the medical imaging in Join mobile applications is
recommended that the mobile devices have back light controls set to max and that the
environment ambient light conditions are adequate to clearly visualize the medical images.
