Facetime ripoff

I thought I was getting a tutorial for facetime, but this is just a collection of adds to buy products I don't want/need. No information on using facetime. Apple should screen this stuff. They are flogging this as a help site. I hold them responsible.

These instructions are completely useless. I cannot find Facetime in my app list & there is no help. I downloaded it twice but no use and no help from the guide.
