When an emergency situation occurs, you are immediately transferred to the conference room with all the crisis unit so you can manage to resolve the issue you are facing.
Supervisors receive their messages with a detailed transmission profile. They can see which one of their colleagues acknowledge receipt of that message and who took care of it.
Your inbox only keeps messages received within the last two weeks so you don't have to manually delete them.
