Horrible App
Service is zero
One of the worst Apps I’ve used in a long time. Every single time you try to get on this thing there’s a problem. The fact that you can’t even get into your account to see anything without this app is ridiculous. Very basic and always glitchy. Half the time, you can’t even get on it or have to call the bank because there’s an error.

Interface is very basic, making a additional payment on a loan is kinda confusing as it only shows that your making a payment to my already auto bill payment. Wish I could buy CDs (certificate of deposit) right from the app as well. Overall works well has what you really need but not much more.
Mobile deposit does not work

The mobile deposit feature does not work. I have tried downloading the app several times and it still does not work. Specifically I get a message saying the feature is disabled and that I should call the credit union. The people at the credit union say I just have to come in and deposit my checks in person. Why can’t this app be fixed? My friends and relatives all have banking apps that work why can’t this one work?
