App is ok, but really annoying to keep having to download, esp when I want to quickly use your app on the go. Could you try limit updates to 1 every quarter max please..thanks
Great at serving ads, terrible at everything else

Only unlocks our apartment gate 30-40% of the time, other times glitches out and fails to notify us or establish a connection. Temporary passcodes issued for “24 hours” actually last exactly 24 minutes. Sometimes hilife gate says “unlocked” but is actually still locked.
Account Does Not Exist

Logged into app first time no problem with pre-populated username/pw. Tried to login subsequently and anytime thereafter and continue to get ‘Account Does Not Exist’ bug. Now cannot login to schedule key pickup and customer support not helpful.

1. Optimized the occasional lag issue in the message list
2. Improved recognition for email addresses containing special characters
3. Fix other founded bugs.
