I purchased 16 tags to do a fun Easter Scavenger Hunt for my teenagers. The day they arrive we try recording and 10/16 tags won't even scan. They said "these are unrecognized" they were brand new! I was not able to use them for an egg hunt. I was livid and reached out immediately. I never heard back. Then today I reach out again- and somehow they were able to fix the 10 remaining tags and just apologized. They didn't offer a refund or any other solution. Huge waste of money. I don't recommend anyone use them. I was so disappointed because it was so promising.
Can’t find network.

This was working yesterday and I think the new update disallows it from even connecting online. It keeps saying that it can’t find the network when I try logging in. Is there a bug? I was about to do a really important project!

It says tags are free but you have to pay for them. SO i went to pay for them and it won’t let me select the correct state on the mailing address. Seems like such a good idea but a lot of glitches still to be worked out.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
