CGS Medicare for DME JB and JC offers Dear Physician Letters, access to CGS Wizard- a specialized portal which provides detailed information on CGS processed claims, CGS operational contact information, and LCDs, Policy Articles, and Fee Schedules.

Fee Schedule and LCD links do NOT work on phone

Ugggh. I was hoping this could be an easy solution for my practices. The Fee Schedule doesn’t load on the phone or the IPad. The articles link to CMS works on the IPad but not on the IPhone due to screen limitations and being able to click on Accept for the CMS site. The News and Publications did operate properly, but that is already easy to access on the CGS website. This App is advertised prominently on the CGS website. It says it’s newly refreshed, but if this refreshed I’d hate to see what the previous version looked like. CGS if you’re going to promote this as a tool- MAKE SURE IT WORKS.

It was a fairly useful app to begin with. Now when I tap it, it will shut down most of the time. Sometimes when it makes it to the menu, the fee schedule doesn’t work. It closes the app when you click on it.
