Simple Luach is a simple, lightweight Jewish calendar app with Jewish dates and Zmanim. You can find the nearest minyan, synagogue or a place to daven on the map. Information is provided by GoDaven.com (http://godaven.com). Note: not app developer, not GoDaven.com is responsible for the provided information. Location is detected automatically on first start. If your device has no GPS or not connected to Mobile networks, then you can select location on map. Long tap on any place in the map and it will set your location.

When you download it is the present year. This was helpful because I needed a jewish calendar with english translation for reading my devotional.

This app is absolute trash. Even after paying for the full upgrade version it still would not find my location nor give me times even remotely accurate.

Hi,please contact us by e-mail info@kosherdev.com - we need to investigate the issue. Location is not dependent on subscription. It should allow you to locate your position anyway. Maybe on start you didn't allow location detection. If so, then go to Settings->Simple Luach and check if Geolocation is enabled.With respect,KosherDev team
