この世界では剣は大きければ大きいほど強いようで、後半は身の丈の何倍もの剣が登場します。剣には魔法属性もついており、見ていて楽しいギミック付き。
剣を鍛えることができる内勤社員は、ホビット、人間、エルフ、ドワーフ、そして改心したオークの5種族。
給与をバンバン支払って優良企業に成長させるもよし、馬車馬のように働かせてブラック企業にさせるもよし。働き詰めで過労死させても復活の薬やゾンビ化させる薬があるから大丈夫！？
