Enter the amount, the start date, the interest rate and the term: the monthly payment updates instantly, together with the total repaid and the total interest. A bar shows at a glance how much of the total is principal and how much is interest.

Calculations use the French amortization method with a constant instalment, the one used by almost every mortgage.
