Description

Read and write Javanese in any text app!

This app provides a font and a keyboard for the Javanese script that can be installed for use in any text app on your iPhone or iPad. Use it to read and write Javanese in Safari, Messages, Mail, Notability, Pages, and more. Installation instructions are included.

The Javanese language is spoken on Java in Indonesia and is traditionally written with its own script.

Wing0-YT5 ,

This App has made my home by-self Lerning Experience better!

With many languages I toy with (mainly languages like Arabic, Persian, Armenian, Hebrew etc.) use characters. It is always interesting to learn stuff. Using a website to teach me half of what I made in FlipaClip and Notes. There were Vowels I couldn’t find. (For EX ꦷ ꦹ ꦻ ꦴ ꦵ ꦳ ꦀ) when I found this app as my last resort, When I got it. IT HAD THEse DIACRITICS/VOWELS. Kk another thing is about the combos. With the online keyboard I had to mash characters now I have a preset setting! No problems. The third party keyboard is AWESOME. The ONLY complaint I have is that the keyboard is a little unnatural in layout. the space bar is missing in the 3rd format I think that is what it called, and that you can make the keys smaller. But anyway, your app has helped me with learning a lot of Javanese script!
ꦩꦠꦸꦂ ꦤꦸꦮꦸꦮ꧀‌! (: hopefully I did that correct (btw that means thank you. Wrote it with the keyboard (:

Edit: hello again! Thanks for the response, thanks for that tip on the Javanese script not using spaces. But that does make me wonder how the can differentiate on what word it is. Or maybe it is like Japanese. And your right! I do have a large IPad. And to be honest the key’s size does no bother any more. (: ꦩꦠꦸꦂꦤꦸꦮꦸꦮ꧀‌!

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your review!

Javanese is traditionally written without spaces, so it doesn’t seem necessary to have space bars on every layer.

If the keys feel big, you’re probably using a large iPad?
