Dart Scoreboard keeps score for Cricket, Wild Card Cricket, 301 and 501, Shanghai and Tactics. It's quick to use between throws and easy to read from across the room.
PLAY TOGETHER
• Remote play: one game on everyone's own iPhone or iPad, in the same room or over several days, through iCloud. Friends find your game nearby, scan a code, or open an invitation.
• Apple TV: host a game on the big screen. Everyone joins from a phone or watch with a four-digit code and scores from their own device.
• Big screen: send the board to an Apple TV or any display with AirPlay. The board, recent turns and stats are sized to be read from far away.
• Computer opponent with four skill levels, from beginner to pro.
SCORING
• Tap a number for a single, hold it for a double or triple. Fix any dart with a tap. Undo and redo.
• 301 and 501 with double in, double out, and the option to type each turn's total.
• Cricket with points, cut-throat, random numbers, and Tactics (doubles and triples), with marks drawn the way they are on a chalkboard.
• Shanghai, with the instant win on a Shanghai.
• Sounds and an announcer that calls the next player.
APPLE WATCH
• Score from your wrist during any game on your phone.
• Start a game with your players, pick up an unfinished game, or join a game on a TV with its code.
PLAYERS, STATS, HISTORY
• Player profiles with photos.
• Stats across games: averages, marks per round, checkouts and 180s.
• Every turn of every game, and unfinished games to pick up later.
• Live Activity and a Home Screen widget with the score.
Dart Scoreboard is free, with one small card on Home suggesting another independent developer's app. Dart Scoreboard Pro removes it and adds remote play, the Apple TV and big-screen board, the computer opponent, stats across games and the Live Activity, for $0.99 a month or $9.99 a year. Bought the app back when it was paid? Pro is included through the end of 2027, and after that the big-screen board stays yours for good and you'll never see ads.
No accounts, no tracking. Your games stay in your own iCloud.

My name is Jon and I like to play darts. I built Dart Scoreboard because the dartboard apps I tried were slow, cluttered or full of ads. I wanted something anyone could open and start playing in seconds. Ideas and requests: dartscoreboardpro@gmail.com

I have been playing darts in a league for 20+ years and just started using a scoring app the past 4-5 years. Problem was there were many apps that did one particular thing well but none did them all. I found this app and there was a “message center” that allowed me to send a suggestion to the developer. So I took a chance knowing most developers NEVER respond. Well guess what. Not only did he respond but he actually messaged back and forth with me till he understood the features I needed that would make this app perfect. Wow. This guy actually implemented the requests and turned them around in under a week. This app now gets a “10” and I am deleting my others apps as they are now useless. Thank you for “listening and doing”
Exactly what I was hoping to find!

We like to play extended Cricket (down to 10) and this app lets us do that and more. The only possible improvement I would ask for is to have the app recognize the iPad so that all the numbers show up on one screen without having to scroll up and down. Other than that it gets a fat two thumbs up from me!
Awesome app, but…

The app is great and largely easy to use. I only have one complaint keeping it from 5 stars. After using the app once to score a game I started poking around the settings to get a better feel for how it worked as a whole. While bouncing around the app I added another player from the default 2. I thought to myself “that’s easy enough, good to know for later use”. This is where the minor problem comes in. I can’t remove the 3rd player now that it’s been added. If this gets fixed the rating goes to 5 stars.
Good but frequently crashes for me

I really like the app, but after 1 game, the app crashes and I’m unable to reopen it. It will show the initial screen with the icon, but then immediately closes. It only works again when I fully restart my phone, but then faces the same issue. I’d like to contact the dev, but don’t have twitter to do so. Hoping for a fix.Update: dev contacted me and is working to resolve the issue. I appreciate the support.
Developer Response
Hi Patrick, Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the crash! Version 4.0.4 will fix the crashing for you. I can send you a beta version if you send me your email address either through Twitter or through the "Message Center" in the app. Let me know if you have any other issues!
• Suggest a Feature, new in Settings: ask for what you'd like next in Dart Scoreboard, and vote for other people's ideas. It's on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
• Shanghai ends after the round on its last number, and the highest score wins. Before, the game didn't end.
• Ended a game too soon? The result screen has Undo.
• A Shanghai board with only a few numbers no longer shows giant circles.
• The Score by Round chart draws each player in their avatar's color.
• A finished game's board no longer makes whoever threw last stand out over the winner.
