After last update, I can’t link with camera when trying to open captured video or live action. Reloaded app several times etc. no voice, no live connection.

Will no longer link with camera when trying to open captured video or live action. Reloaded app several times etc. If I can get it to temporarily work on one device it locks up on another shared unit. All devices on same network etc. Never had any issues until the recent app updates.My Issue was resolved by Signing up for new user account, new password etc. tagged in WiFi etc as usual . Also working on all shared devices.

Almost every update to this software causes a problem. This time the App would not connect to device and showed it disconnecting. Restarted the device and made sure it was connected to WiFi. I removed and tried to re-add it in the app, but now it won't bind. Probably going to buy a Ring now. This thing has more problems than it's worth.

The trash can icon to delete old video recordings keeps on disappearing. One has to re-install the app time after time. I contacted support about this problem and haven’t heard from them. The first time I contacted them about it they recommended re-installation. C’mon this Eques camera isn’t exactly cheap. I may switch to the Ring camera. It’s gotten good reviews. I just about had it with this turkey.
