GETTING STARTED For IC members, simply download and launch the new app and login using the same credentials you currently use. For new users – tap on the enrollment button and follow the simple prompts to complete the process. Can’t make an external transfer for the 2nd time within 30 days. “404 - page not found”. Happens via desktop and mobile app. Last time it took over a week to resolve. Never had this issue with the old system.

The bank last weekend went through a major upgrade online so I decided to reinstall the App. In the past I use to have this app and it was not worth it and deleted it. Now the app is functional and you have more options. It is what a banking app should be. Huge improvement download the app it’s worth it now.

App is easy to navigate and contains basic functionality for managing accounts. I like the new design and self-service options. Features previously available only in the web version are now accessible in the app, which makes it super convenient!

This “updated” app is difficult to use and glitchy. Sometimes I can pay my mortgage (through IC) by going to that specific account. Sometimes I can’t because the button doesn’t respond. Then I am forced to pay the mortgage the traditional “bill pay” way which takes over a week to deliver. I am rather tech savvy but this app and even the website is too much to navigate.
Our new experience provides easier access to the features you use most while on the go. This new version includes updates to the accounts, mobile deposit and navigation experience.
