Thanks for using the Conasys iPad App. This latest version includes design changes to the PDF report to include thumbnail images, enhancing the Connect Owner tool to search across a wider user base, updating the Register Owner screen to keep the data onscreen if an error is encountered, allowing for no items to be accepted in a review, and fixing of minor bugs. In addition, for NEWSTAR integrated customers, we’ve added the ability to create item crafts from the app.

Thanks for using the Conasys iPad App. Here are some of the improvements with this latest update! To help us better troubleshoot bugs or issues, we’ve added logging of certain error events on the app that send to our server when a minimum threshold has been reached. We’ve also added error handling for attaching images and submitting reviews.

Thanks for using the Conasys iPad App. Here are some of the improvements with this latest update! We’ve introduced a snapshot view of your deficiency review and sign-off progress for each project and service type on the Dashboard. You can now connect owners to multiple homes easily during the on-site registration process. And the original images from the deficiency walkthrough can now be downloaded for review during the sign-off process. We have also implemented additional enhancements and fixes in this update.

The 3.6.2000 update provides an important enhancement for NEWSTAR and FAST customers. We have updated our app to support the integrated components such as being able to choose from a list of FAST deficiencies or NEWSTAR deficiencies and rooms that are custom to each home. For NEWSTAR customers, they can perform construction reviews and homeowner walkthroughs, and have all the deficiency items submitted directly into NEWSTAR as work orders. For FAST customers, they can perform homeowner walkthroughs and have all the deficiency items submitted directly into FAST as service requests. Digital signatures complete the review and a PDF report is automatically emailed to all applicable parties. Once final sign-off is ready, the inspection review can be downloaded, and the Purchasers will be able to review and sign off digitally on the completed deficiency list and have a PDF report automatically sent to them.

After you have completed the walk through/homeowner orientation form, and are ready for final sign-off on occupancy, download completed reviews and have your Purchaser sign off on the completed deficiency list. The 1.3.0 update includes a major optimization in performance. Users will notice a significant improvement in speed when first logging into the app and when refreshing project data. The biggest improvement in 1.2.0 is the ability to view your offline reviews prior to uploading them to the cloud. If there are any issues with submitting your reviews, you can now see them in the review management screen and resubmit them.
