You can now view the Insurer and Insurer Policy Number in your policy details — making it easier to manage glass claims with Smith & Smith, Master Glaziers, and other providers. We’ve also made some general improvements and security enhancements so My Rothbury stays fast, secure, and fully compatible with the latest versions of iOS.

We’ve made getting My Rothbury even easier. Now, if you’re new to using My Rothbury, we can send you a link via email that transfers your email address straight into the App registration screen. You’ll only need to create a password to start using the App.

Looking for a quick and easy way to pay? This latest release means you can now Pay by Credit Card or Account2Account. You can also request to pay by instalment. And we’ve even made it easy to copy our bank account number in case you want to paste it into your own banking app. Also new in the App is a spot where you can update your Interested Party before you request a Certificate of Cover from us – that’ll help speed things up. We know how urgent COCs can be! And for our clients who have a several claims at once, (surprisingly quite a few of you) we’ve added more details to our notifications so you can see instantly which claim has been updated.
