I have a 2011 iMac that I am using strictly for importing MiniDV and HDV tapes via the firewire port not found on newer models. I’m a big player of solitaire but have found that, thanks to Apple’s new policy of no longer making legacy versions of previously purchased software available (a seriously B.S. move IMHO), I could not obtain any games to play on this machine while waiting for the importing to complete. I did a Google search for a Solitaire game that would run on MacOS High Sierra and this software came up. I am usually a little gunshy about spending any money on apps sight unseen but all the high reviews and my limited options made me pull the trigger. I am so very glad I did. It runs flawlessly and offers me far more options of games and settings than the previously purchased game that’s no longer available. Between the ability to import digital video and being able to play this game, this 15 year old iMac seems as vital as if it came out of the box yesterday. I have no doubt that this game will be the biggest “bang for the buck” purchase I’ve made in a long time. Thank you!

I played Solitaire Till Dawn for more hours than I should admit even before its OSX incarnation. Then I Beta tested it a bit as it was being developed for OSX. Now that it is out and upgraded to 1.2.2, I have again been playing countless hours, but there are so many games available that I am still far from having even tried all of them. Still, I think I have enough experience to say that this is by far and away the best solitaire app available for Macintosh. I can recommend it highly to anyone who loves to play solitaire, from the easiest, mindless time-passing games to the toughest challenges demanding careful thought and planning. Try it, I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

This is, yes, the best solitaire “kit” out there! It’s got SO MANY games, the sound effects are fun, the animations are fun - there is no other solitaire that matches Solitaire Till Dawn!
