Great app if you want to progress through various levels of speed reading encountering ridiculous (even ungrammatical) sentences. In the beginning level of testing you will, for example, encounter this sentence: "The flag will watch aside from the dinosaur." It's purposefully a bit silly and is followed by a set of 8 multiple choice answers. You have to identify the exact matching sentence. So "A" flag fails, while "The" flag is accepted and you can progress. Yes, it flashes text to speed read and does so with numerous options. Well done. I just can't bear to read the ridiculous, wacky sentences. Too much emphasis on perfect recall of every single word than on the meaning of the sentence. This app doesn't train or test you on the 'meaning' of the sentences but, rather, your attention to detail in recalling generally meaningless sentences. Why not use famous quotes, capital cities through the world, dictionary passages, Bible quotes, etc.? To be clear, this app does what it does extremely well. I'm looking for training to read faster 'with' solid understanding not perfect recall.

UPDATE 2022: Still playing this entertaining game and enjoying it immensely! It’s something great that the bridge will underneath arrive. LOLWhen I first started playing this game, I didn't quite think it was all that interesting. However, it quickly turned into a very interesting game -- and a challenging one, too! The gameplay is very simple: you watch a sentence displayed on the screen one word at a time and then you have to find the same sentence from a list of six or seven choices. This game definitely tests your memory! Very recommended!

The name says it all, but in a good way! Highly addictive yet I still found time to set it down and continue on with my day. Although I didn't return to the game until after my daily routine, I couldn't stop thinking about it. It lingered through my thoughts like an assignment or project. I felt personally competitive with myself. I vowed to do better next time and even drank more water like an athlete. Once I did, I advanced on to the next round... and so began my obsession with sped reading.Thanks, GammaLateral :)
