- diatomaceous earth
- the amount of water to add to reduce a syrup to around 66 °Brix
- the mixture required to obtain a syrup around 66 °Brix
- the transmittance of a syrup mixture
- the volume to mix to achieve a given transmittance
- the price of the maple syrup
- the specific weight of a solution based on °Brix at 20°C
The application also includes a French version.
