Stream Player is a lightweight internet stream player with several smart features that enable one-click stream playback in a dedicated player window.
Currently available features
• Quickly open media streams from
⁃ URLs
⁃ selected URL text or HTML source snippets
⁃ local HTML, WEBLOC, and TXT files
either through macOS share extensions, services, and context menus, or by using drag & drop onto the application dock icon, status menu icon, or any stream window.
• Supported streams
⁃ Safari-supported common streams over HTTP (HLS, WebRTC, fMP4, etc.)
⁃ RTMP
⁃ MPEG-DASH
⁃ RTSP
(common codecs: VP8, VP9, H.264, H.265, etc.)
• Always-on-top, full-screen, and captionless player windows.
• iCloud Drive sync to share and synchronize the stream list between iOS and macOS devices. (NOTE: macOS Sierra versions earlier than 10.12.1 can read iCloud changes but cannot write back local changes — please upgrade if necessary.)
• Player window arrangement in a tile layout, ideal for watching multiple streams, such as webcams, at once.
• Automatic stream title detection.
• Automatic, user-configurable embedding of well-known video URLs as full-sized window content.
• Automatic reopening of selected stream windows at Stream Player startup.
• Customizable sub-menu hierarchy to organize streams in a structured manner (Watch Later, Favorites, etc.).
• Customizable application quit behavior: keep Stream Player in the status menu, exit normally, or exit automatically if all windows are closed.
• Customizable web stream content behavior: enable or disable navigation, context menus, and editing.
• Ad blocking in stream content.
• A basic stream organizer on macOS for easier handling of multiple stream entries at once.

I’m looking for an app that will pull my favorite streaming video and put them in a window that stays above all others. ideally, the ISS feed. your app just takes me to the website. want a refund, please.

You should use the correct UStream links, those are that can be embeded, to get this work.If you have Stream Player installed, try to - select this link -> http://www.ustream.tv/embed/9408562- right click on selection and choose "Open Selection with Stream Player"That should work!
