Cap badges have been changed to use HM Charles' cypher and the king's crown as appropriate. Rank and other badges will be updated shortly.

Fixes to changes in iOS defaults.

Minor fix to remove occasional zoomed display of tactical cap badges.

1. Fixed typo in Brigadier role description. 2. Fixed problem with medal images not centering in questions. 3. Fixed problem with result text being truncated if number of questions exceeds 100. 4. Improved random selection of questions and placement of correct answer in choices. 5. Fixed problem with apparently duplicate answers if 'All' badges selected in Test.

Support for Dark Mode in iOS 13 and minor content corrections.

A first attempt at headdress! Some backing patches are definitely missing and others are possibly wrong. Hopefully, all the beret colours are correct. Feedback on errors welcome.
