This app has been such a blessing. Due to its private nature, I have been allowed to maintain my privacy while still being able to share photos of my kid with my family, many of whom have smart phones but don’t use social media. I enjoy the convenience of being able to upload to one place without having to individually text photos to my family. The app and desktop version has allowed for members of my family who aren’t so tech savvy to be apart of experiencing the memories we share as well. I haven’t used the features of being able to buy the books for the month memories yet but I appreciate the option. A big thing I enjoy as well is that the photos are grouped by month so it’s not just one large stream of photos and videos. I would give it 4.8 stars until the app allows uploads to continue even when the app is momentarily closed. I’ve been uploading and leave the app to respond to a text and it’ll pause the upload until I return which annoys me. I also wish that the comment feature had a way to tag the person you are responding to so they become aware of a response directed to them, but that’s hardly been an issue. Highly recommend for the people looking to maintain privacy and control the environment in which they share their memories without having to resort to sharing over social media or being burdened with potential forgetting to include someone in a group text of pictures.

My wife and I have been using this app since our daughter was born. We love that when we upload a photo, they no longer shows up as an available photo from our camera roll. This simple and intuitive feature makes it extremely hard to upload duplicates (which is fantastic). Another great feature is that all of our close family can see a photos we upload to that child’s album. We are no longer unintentionally spamming our family with cutie little baby photos of our child. They can view it are there our discretion. This app also allows the admin to grant access for family or friends to comment on photos. The admin rights gives the ability to restrict view to some of the more personal photos. We do occasionally use the free 8 printed photos a month for being a premium member. One feature we love is the monthly photo books. We purchase them and just store it away. They are great when friends and extended family visit. Someday in the future, these photos books will surely be a treasure item to flip through. I highly recommend the premium version of this app. I simply can not recommend it high enough and it’s truly a service to behold. If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. Overall a very user friendly app. The app is well coded and has extremely quick response times when navigating through the it.

I used social media like many people to keep in touch with family and let them see new photos and videos of the kids, but the issue was that means it isn’t ONLY family seeing my photos. No matter what security settings you choose, the public can still find ways to access your photos which makes me uncomfortable. Finding this app was a GAME CHANGER! I get the same benefits as social media; family sees all the updated photos and videos, they can comment on them and engage in conversation, but without ANY public what so ever. This is ENTIRELY private, unlike other sites that claim to be. This truly is as private as it gets. No one can search your album, you have to personally invite members to be there and they can be removed at any time and lose instant access to your album. I have used this app for quite a few years now and have encouraged many other family members to join as well. If you want a SAFE space for your family photos, with options to order prints or albums, customized videos, THIS IS THE APP YOU NEED!

The app itself is alright but the layout is so overly complicated when it could be made way more simple for people who are technologically challenged. We use this for the grandparents of our kids so they have a way to see them, and they have a hard time as it is with smart phones. The layout of the app and how things are categorized makes it harder for them. Instead of a simple photo album tab where you can see all the photos at once, the app separates everything by year and month, which is fine given that they didn't have to navigate through each and every one to be able to see all the photos. There is a recent tab but again its just so overly complicated when it can be made way more simple. The recent tab, post each an every time I upload a group of pics. So instead of just simply saying “this person posted all these pics today” they make separate post for each individual pic or group of pics so it ends up be this huge list of confusing post for a day when it can just be made into one. The app is a great idea I just wish pictures could be categorized better to make things easier for my older family members who are having a hard time finding all the pictures I uploaded. Please developers if you could maybe just add a see all button somewhere so I can stop explaining how to use this app to my in-laws. Ty.Oh! Also we would like change the name of our album but cant figure out how to do that. Im not even sure thats an option but we would like to be able to do that.

We will take your feedback into consideration and continue our efforts in improving the app's usability with user-friendly interface and layout.Regarding the album name change, do you mean you would like to edit the album title on the app? If so, only the first child's nickname can be changed. We would appreciate if you could send us a message from "Inquiries" in the Settings tab, so that we can confirm your inquiry further.
