Changers Fit App: Playful team challenges for companies
The Changers Fit App enables companies to strengthen health promotion and team building through exciting team challenges. Whether counting steps, running, cycling, or reducing CO₂ – the app motivates employees to get active together and achieve their goals.

Versatile team challenges:
Individually customizable competitions in the areas of steps, running, cycling, and CO₂ reduction promote team spirit and raise awareness for health and climate protection.
Flexible tracking:
Participants can manually record their activities via GPS, connect with Apple Health or Google Fit, or use automatic tracking with MotionTag AI. Additionally, integration with apps like Strava and wearables like Fitbit or Garmin is possible.
Gamification elements:
Leaderboards, collecting coins, awards, and nudging mechanisms increase employee motivation. Daily goals, such as 10,000 steps, encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Reward system:
Collected coins can be exchanged for rewards. Companies have the option to provide their own offers, such as vouchers or material prizes, in the integrated marketplace.
Integration of CSR projects:
Companies can present social projects and support them through employee achievements. Automatic tree planting makes successes visible and fosters a sense of community.
Adaptability:
The Changers Fit App is flexible and can be adapted to the needs of any company without additional software development. Content and functions can be easily managed via the SaaS administration platform.
Battery performance:
The Changers App is particularly energy-efficient. However, power consumption is higher when the GPS function is enabled compared to normal smartphone usage.
Data protection and security:
The software is, of course, GDPR-compliant. Data is hosted in Germany. Additionally, Changers has incorporated the requirements of works councils and employee representatives from previous contracts with German corporations into software development. This includes anonymous participation without real names and company email addresses, as well as the ability for users to delete their accounts directly within the app.
