i love the idea and would definitely spend to get some of these cool digital art to display on my TV.But the user experience and the interface design needs a lot of help. I basically don’t know how to do anything other than looking at them on my phone. The “shopping cart” button doesn’t do anything nor giving me any instruction, and I can’t figure out a way to trial run it on my TV, Can’t find control on the TV app either. what do i suppose to do with this app?

The mobile app does not connect with my Samsung Frame TV. Works well with my PC though.

Why is it you guys can’t get your stuff to work more than a few days at a time? Do you really expect people to maintain a subscription for a service that only works 20 or 30 percent of the time?! I honestly love the concept and the art, but I am yet again on the verge of canceling my subscription because it rarely functions when I try to access it. I’m sorry to say that unless things get fixed soon this’ll be my last month as a subscriber.
