Like many others, I’ve had a lifetime subscription that was not honored. I had no idea there was even an “acquisition” until I inquired about my account. I don’t know what the details of this acquisition are, they decoded in their “infinite wisdom” they will not honor lifetime subscriptions. I won’t trust them, they are more interested in a profit margin than service. Can they be trusted? I would say NO!

Hey these guys that bought the company are honest and working hard. Customer service is awesome and very helpful. I too was a Lifetime Subscriber from the old company. They screwed over the new owner by not fully disclosing certain things.It’s either drop the massive lifetime subs (which is the business model that tanked the old owner) or go out of business. Either way your lifetime sub would be GONE, so Stop Complaining you bunch of little whiny 👶🏼 babies.

I purchased a lifetime subscription a few years ago. They will not honor that any longer. I do not care if they a “new company “ now. When you purchase a company you assume that companies commitments and liabilities. If you cannot trust a company to do the right thing, how can you trust them with your personal information.
