I like the reloadable card option but the page doesn’t work anymore on mobile and barely worked before. Now when I tap it I’m taken to a blank screen. I’ve got the newest version of the app so it can’t be that. I was also helping a coworker connect his Resolut account to his Achievers and after putting in his account info, an agreement box popped up that he couldn’t accept because the button was hidden behind part of the account info page. Poor formatting has been a problem from the start.

... my company pays for such a crappy app. You can't even use quotes and apostrophes when we're submitting postings. You get the crappy fallback "quote" markups that HTML5 solved five years ago, if not more than that. That is so outdated that it's not even funny.And I'm speaking as a programmer/web designer. If I want ANY kind of online help from your app on my phone, it REQUIRES that I have to use Microsoft Edge or the all invasive Chrome. Well, that's not an option on my iPhone, as Chrome has so many security problems that Apple recommends you don't use them. In fact, Edge isn't even an option on an iPhone. Period. So, I have no way to get online help using my phone. That's swell from a company that's charging my company megabucks. NOT!All in all, this app is not worth it. Whatever money my company is paying you to use your platform, it's definitely not worth it. And I can see why most of the the people at work hate it or simply don't use it after their orientation. The ROI is negative to the employee.

Session Expired before even logging in...

I am very disappointed with that app. My work uses it for employee recognition, which is a great thing to do, but this app is very good at telling me “session expired” and it has been doing this recently more. I attempt to login through the app multiple, and it accepts the login...just to load for a few seconds and say session has expired! I cannot even log in anymore! I tried to close the app out completely and also reinstall it, but it has been continuing! An app that is support to help make lives easier in the workplace is just making things more difficult, which is obviously my personal view. While I appreciate all this app can do, please work on a fix for this issue!

I love this app. I can recognize any one of my very amazing coworkers and recently, there’s been some new ones who are phenomenal. I would love to recognize them, but the thing is, I forget my password. This app logs you off almost immediately and it DOES NOT save my passwords the way other apps do. Is there a way to enable Touch ID login to the app so I don’t have to worry about forgetting my password and have to pester the team at Achievers about it?
