Added support for new "G3" (generation 3) LED light strips, which started shipping in Oct 2019. Requires a control unit with firmware version 24.0 or later. See the user's manual for details on how to update the firmware. Any control units shipped Oct 2019 or later will already have the correct firmware.

Fixed error that would occur when trying to access files or updates on the cloud server.

Fixes a number of bugs: * "Countdown" light sequence could be corrupted if the phone went to sleep while a workout was running. * The wrong lane could be selected if the connection to the control box was lost and then re-established. * Switching between lanes while using the "Games/Drills" page could cause problems. * Workout screen tweaked to make it easier to scroll through sets. * Internal changes for compatibility with newer versions of iOS.

Fixed bug in copying workouts to other lanes -- the start options (countdown, number of swimmers etc..) are now copied along with the workout intervals. Fixed issue that would sometimes make the tempo display in the QuickSwim page looked messy and hard to read.

Fixed issue with app crashing at startup when using iOS9. Improved multi-lane starts so that you can select individual lanes to start/stop. Added ability to copy workouts between lanes.

Fixed so that when you reconnect to the control box while a workout is running, the workout doesn't get stopped and keeps running. Also fixed so the app doesn't generate a timeout error when it's brought back into the foreground after you had previously switched to a different app.

Fixes issues with trying to reconnect to the system after the phone sleeps. Fixed so changing number of swimmers in workout mode works. Fixed so the Swim Clock remembers if it's in count down or count up mode. Fixed so workout mode advances to next set when current set completes.
