Hi coaches and players! In this new release, we are merging the HCV-Player with the HCV-Coach app. The HCV-Player app will be removed in the coming months. From now on, with a Player account, you will be able to log into this app and receive everything that is being shared with you.

Portal updates: - The Portal has a new personalized look, that will make your organization shine and stand out. - To upload files to your Portal, simply drag and drop them onto a Portal package. Once a file is uploaded, it gets connected to that Portal and it will get an upload button in the details view of the file. That way any changes on the file can simply be uploaded using that upload button. - Edit your Portal package details (drill order, time, description etc.) right from the app. - Delete your Portal or Drill Store packages to save disk memory on your device. To do that, just open a Portal package and select "Clear package data". Other updates: - Added the Spanish language for user interface - Added the Portuguese language for user interface - Various bug fixes and improvements

Polished - We have completely updated the formula for creating PDF's -> clearer font usage for a better readability -> smaller fonts for more space for text -> note columns where you can write additional text -> if no lineup attached to package, then lineup page won't be printed -> lineup pdfs show the color as jerseys (not text) -> lineup sheets use way less black color, so you don't need to refuel your printer as much -> compact mode can now have more than 8 drills -> and many small polished things for it.. just check it out :) - On the editing-line view, players can be deleted by just dragging them off the ice surface New features: - Your team logo can be put on the ice surface - Ice lines are completely redrawn and have a much cleaner look now - The goalie crease is now adapted to the standards of the IIHF (2D and 3D) - When exiting the drill creator, the timing event dots are being removed and lines connected - When exiting the drill creator, passes show arrows, so that it is clear who is passing to who Portal fixes: - You can now be a member of multiple Portals - If you want to update a Portal file, you can just re-upload it and it will be replaced

Bugfixes: - Files that were edited with the latest Windows release (2.5.4) on some computers would get corrupted. The rink would show up empty and the maximum time of the drill would be very high. This is now fixed and even these files can be watched normally again. - Login connection crash fixed.

Fixed a bug with the synchronization where packages would be duplicated.

Here are new and long-awaited features: - Cloud synchronization: Sync your files between your devices with the click of a button. Your files are backup up with us and you won't have to worry about losing your drills. - Calendar: Put your packages into the calendar, so you can build monthly practice plans and track your practice goals on a daily basis. - Goalie and Coach: Every player can now be also a goalie or coach. In OBJECTS mode in the Player tab, switch between the positions offense, defense, GOALIE or COACH. - Audio comment: Create an audio comment for your animation files that will be played simultaneously to your animation. To create an audio comment, edit a drill, go into PLAY mode in 2D view and select the MIC ON button so you can start recording. - And many improvements for the Portal (club licensing)

Major new features: - Registration. We need you to register so we can activate your account for multiple platforms (iPad/Android/PC/MAC). - Roster. Now you can create your team and use it to create line-ups. To do that, open the new activated User-icon on the top bar. Remember to use the help icon if you need assistance! Minor features: - Your custom logo is now on the PDF. - Print your line-ups on PDF. - Add a lineup to your training package. Just go to lineups, select a lineup and drag it onto a package. - Duplicate a drill. Dear users, since we had a couple of issues with the new drill CREATOR features, we are now releasing the same stable CREATOR as you already have. But we have some nice new features on the file handling side: - Video files. Use your iPad camera to save videos, and organise them within HCV. - Sharing files. Select any file in HCV and share it via email-link. The receiver of your shared email can also have the free HCV-PLAYER version. Check our website for new video tutorials: www.hockeycoachvision.com

New features: - Use picture to describe an exercise, tactic etc. (This allows you to use your iPad camera to take a picture of any drawing you have, so you don't have to animate every single play in HCV, if you don't want to) - Zoomed tactic perspectives added. (Click on the crosshairs on the top left, to switch perspectives) - Offside line is moved accordingly to IIHF rule (2014). (Note: All your existing drills will have the blue lines moved. So offside situations may occur. Sorry for that, but we are working on making editing of all drills completely struggle-free, so that drill variations can be made easily!) Help feature added: We have added a hint button in the top right corner, in form of a question mark. Click on it and you will get help about what you can do on your present screen. Bugfix - Downloadable content is not using iCloud space anymore.
