The app is sneaky. It makes you think you ended a parking session but you find out 10 hrs later it didn’t really end and you owe a bunch of money than you should. Good luck getting a refund!!
Pretty annoying app…

Slow sign up. Gets confused and loosing connection. You can’t paste any information to the mandatory fields so if you use a password manager, you will have to manually write down password and CC info in the app. I guess they got paid for creating an MVP and nothing more. The positive part is that it works, but prepare to get frustrated.
Terms Do Not Match Signage

Terrible application, none of the terms listed on the sign where I parked matched any of the in application options, be it from the price, the terms to park, or any other detail. Don’t bother with the app at all, just use the payment terminals. At least they’ll be accurate.

One useful function many of our other users utilise is the 'View car par details' option from the main carpark screen. This provides more information on the various rates and timings for each carpark.We'd love to help resolve any outstanding matters you may have with a recent session if you could please send us further details at support@parkmate.co.nz we can look into this for you.
