Minor bug fixes and enhancements

- Changed the way the IdleTimer is managed so that it is disabled when the system is active and scores are being entered and enabled when the system is stopped and waiting to be initialized. This allows the screen to timeout and turn off when the system is stopped but prevents it from turning off when the system is on and scores are being entered. - Added the ability to hide the warmup timer while allowing it to continue running in the background. - Added an alert tone to be played when the warmup timer finishes. - The iKeypad will now remember the current Rotation and Flight and will automatically go back to those values after a lost connection or re-initialization as long as the session is the same and all configuration settings are the same as before. - Added the ability to pull to refresh on the athlete list. Simply pull down on the athlete list and it will be refreshed. - Added the ability to swipe on an athlete to scratch them. Very similar to swiping on an email to delete it. You swipe left and a Scratch button appears. Tap the button and the athlete will be scratched. Requires ProScore v5.4.0 or later. - Modified the rotation/flight selections to be a single drop-down selection with both rotation and flight.
