I've been using this app for about a year, and every single update makes it worse and worse! The app has been rendered useless by the horrible support system...I can't login on my AppleTV and when I try to do a Password Reset, I get an email with a RESET button that DOESNT WORK! It's just an image...the other links in the email work fine...but the reset button is dead...useless...Then I go to the iPad app, to try to reset it there...same garbage.Save your money people!!! I've paid for this app on my AppleTV AND iPad only to see a great app go horribly down hill...

I found out about your app from my brother in law. I attempted to use it unfortunately I found after downloading the iOS app that it does not work unless using the squire helper through a Mac computer. I own a Windows based computer unfortunately. I am unable to use your service. May you please refund me the cost of the iOS app? Please in the future if possible can you make a squire helper for Windows. Thank you.

Works great, only when it works

I bought the Apple TV app which seemed to work well, though intermittent. Tried to upgrade to square pro but it's just not ready for mainstream yet. These apps are at best alpha versions already released as paid. Great concept but please make it work before you make your money!!
