李柏毅的畫作色彩奔放鮮豔、童趣單純、極富原創性。他在國內外藝壇上的傑出表現，不僅為歷史悠久的明星咖啡館注入新活力，更增添了明星咖啡館在文藝界的傳奇色彩。
