I tried buying policy front these people 2 times and both times they were not able to get the policy for me. Their work times are in India day time so if you are an NRI you would get calls from them in the middle of the night depending on your time zone. Their sales guys are big lie and the service team is highly inefficient, they just somehow want to drop the call whenever I called for help or even to cancel the policy as they were not able to help during my day time. Their customer service team is pathetic. None of their customer service team member were knowledgeable. Every time they will say we will call you when it gets done and they never return the call and I have to stay up late night chasing them on phone. They just give excuse on excuse but no the policy. I gave them chance 2 times but it turned out a complete waste of my time. I never recommend Policybazaar to anyone.++++updates++++Here you all see the response to my post by policy bazar. When I sent my details and asked to cancel the policy, no one responded. Big lie here on social platforms that they will see the case personally but no one does. This guy who replied to my review never looked in to the case. I have been calling policy bazar every night to cancel the policy but no one is canceling. All they ask is give some more time. It is one month already since I requested the cancellation and at least 50 follow ups either by calls or emails but these guys are not able to cancel it and keep asking for more time every time I call them.
