I am extremely disappointed with Canvera and their service. At the time of my wedding album purchase, the company clearly promised a 25-year guarantee for online access, data backup, and album service support. This commitment was a major reason I trusted them.However, now when I actually need support, they are not honoring their promise. Instead, they are asking me to pay extra money just to access my own backup data. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust.A company should stand by what they commit to, especially for something as important as wedding memories. Changing terms later and asking for additional payment is not fair to customers.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your important memories.
