I downloaded this game onto my son’s iPad and we’ve enjoyed playing it together. This is such a beautiful, immersive, and addictive game. My son loves it and so do I — I think it says a lot about the quality of a game when players of all ages can enjoy it. The fish and coral/plant species are beautifully rendered and there are lots of educational tidbits to pick up about them along the way. I want to take a moment to praise the support team in particular. I encountered a purchase issue in the game and sent an email to them today. The issue was fixed and a friendly response email was sent from them in less than 10 minutes. That is some awesome customer care!My one and only wish for this game would be voice narration. As I said, this game was downloaded for my son. He just turned 5 and hasn’t learned to read yet. It would be so nice if there were an option to turn on voice narration so that when he is playing by himself, he can understand what the turtle and other characters are saying. I don’t mind reading it to him, but often by the time he gets up and brings the iPad to me, the speech bubble has disappeared and we have no idea what was said. This isn’t a deal breaker though, and I absolutely recommend downloading for anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, visually gorgeous game to play.

Both my parents had passed and I was grieving horribly. Really very bad thoughts kept coming to my mind. I live on a very remote island in Alaska, but the ocean life is stunning and a part of every day life. I kept going back to my memories of fishing and living life on and near the ocean and I thought I would see if I could find some kind of a fish/ocean game that could help me. It took a little while but I discovered Splash and have been playing it every day since. I play this game more than I take breaths in a day. I have more than maxed out the levels in this game, but I continue to play and add fish to my ocean. I never get bored. There is always some sort of inner-game play going on weekly and the monthly fish events are so much fun! Yes I spend more of my own money than I should but again this game saved my life so why shouldn’t I? The colors are amazing, the fish are constantly swimming even if they don’t get fed every two hours. They are also programmed to be playful and at times a bit aggressive just like real life underwater living. I like how you can never feed a fish the incorrect food and the game gives you options to earn in game money and tickets pretty fast. Also the support staff is amazing! The responses are so fast and helpful and they are not happy until you are. This game is perfect for all ages. I can’t thank the developers enough for creating this magical world I have created and it’s all mine. No reef will look like anyone else’s. I do worry they are going to get tired of supporting this game play and close it out as so many others I have enjoyed have done. I truly would be lost without my Splash Reef🐡🐠🐟🐬🐳🐙🦑🦐🦞🦀♥️

Tired of trying to recover!

A couple of years ago I was playing it when it was new. I took a few months break. With so may downloads backed up it would never get to the game again. Deleted, retry. Started a new one a few months back and it crashed early on. Beware you lose all your pictures on recovery. Re installed again. As I played the game I noticed that the fish they say drops what you need to make other fish is untrue. My items were random coming out of fish not on their list of fish that drops these items. Rare items drop at certain levels of xp achieved. So you only get so many per level. Events get you started on a species BUT once over and you are nearing your quota to finish the set the fish scale back on delivering items you need to finish that set. (Ever get that feeling of being held back?) Aug 21 I tried to get in the game to play it and tapped on it. It looked like it was going to start up the the screen went black and nothing happens. Can not get in at all last couple of days. Tried to recover it and it says there is nothing to recover and did not provide a box to put in your game id number. I have spent money on this game I have lost. If you just want to kill time tapping and not spend money that's fine but it's not a real challenge. Support will get you back in but will not address or respond to direct questions about why other fish are dropping items they are not listed to. Bad investment on my part. I'm done. I'll just play my "Township" game. I don't feel I'm being manipulated.
