Fixed a couple of bugs related to Facebook registration and login

Fixed lots of bug and stability issues.

This update removes Facebook Messenger integration. We were unable to obtain approval from Facebook for our integration with the Messenger Platform, due to changes in their guidelines that were only made explicit after we published the app with this functionality.
