Gets stuck in the startup screen sometimes

The app is good when it works. However, it gets stick in the startup screen sometimes. It keeps looping the “MoveInSync & WorkInSync” animation and doesn’t go further at all. Also sometimes when I tap on the cab assigned notification at logout, it opens the app and displays a banner with “Dismiss” and “Cancel Trip” option buttons. Mistakenly pressing the “Cancel Trip” button will immediately cancel the trip without any further prompting. This happened to me once and I had to call the helpdesk to revert the cancellation. This is bad UI design.

Unfinished and buggy app

Issues1. SOS button doesn’t work!!2. Vehicle tracker doesn’t reflect accurate ETA3. Calling driver through app doesn’t work4. No option to contact the driver through chat (because of #3 issue)5. No way to know the exact location of where driver is located for pickup6. No way to obtain help in case you run into a problem in meeting your driver7. No way to update your phone number or change addressThere’s other issues but I’m not getting paid to do quality testing for the developer so I’ll stop at 7

Vehicle spot in parking space
It is hard to find the location of the vehicle in the parking space. It is good if you can find a solution to send vehicle place in parking space in SMS or display in the APP
