Compatibility with iOS 11 and other small patches !

For this new version, we have made many small (and big) corrections on the overall operation of the application. IPhone compatibility for pre-visualization

-> Time on the home screen. -> New information related to the user to indicate his title(s) of osteopathy. This information can be printed in the header of mails and payment receipts. By default, iOsteo prints "Doctor of osteopathic medicine". -> New business identification number in medical practice settings. The identification number of the osteopath is now available in the user settings. Both numbers can be printed on mails and payment receipts. -> Settings of mails has changed. -> New video for the presentation of the consultations.
