I’m echoing what a lot of other users have said. When you try to beat the impossible level, you quickly realize they have ramped up the other guy to a ridiculous standard. You have to time the use of your sky attack to perfection EVERY SINGLE TIME! And even then it’s just luck if it hits all the heavy guys coming at you. Even when I analyze and play over and over again constantly tweaking my plan of attack, such as realizing the best turret for a while is the egg shooter or buying another turret space for the middle rock mortar, if you don’t do everything perfectly and are lucky with your sky attacks, you barely make it pass medieval level. I suspect the only way to beat the game on impossible, if at all possible, is to play hundreds of times in a row until you stop making even the most minor of mistakes while experiencing a healthy amount of luck during a completely perfect run.For that reason, I’m done playing this game.

It’s actually very easy, like the other modes. The strat is the same as the original..Keep reading for strat...At the start, wait till 3-4 enemies are on screen. Use the meteor ability. If you hit enough enemies to buy the egg turret, do that and congrats, you pretty much won.Now use your clubman to keep things at bay while your egg turret kills everything, only buying as many as needed to keep them off your structure. Spam your ability when multiple tier 3 enemies are on screen. Stay on Age 1 until you are ready to level up to the final age. When the enemy reaches age 3, you can now make units faster than they can kill them. Buy 2-3 turret upgrades. Constantly spam slingshot for as long as you can. Keep spamming ability. When the enemy reaches age 5, the final one, you have to be quick here. You might enough xp to reach the final age, but you definitely reach age 4. Level up straight to age 4, and buy as many double canons as you can, selling the egg repeater and replacing with double canon. Congrats, you won again. Buy another tower level when you can. When you reach $100k, level up and buy the blue ion turret. Casually replace all turrets this way, but you only need 3 really. Now set your phone down and go do something for 20 minutes while you wait till you have at least 600k, but 750 is better. Buy 4-5 super soldiers, and run the orbital canon the first time they reach a tank. It may take a couple times of building up money, but it’s just a waiting game.

I suspected that people who claimed to have beat it either had a different version, or the desktop version, or were simply lying.But I just did it.For what it’s worth, I beat the “insane” level on Age of War 2 on my first try. On this one, maybe 50 tries.My method: turrets and cavemen and airstrikes.Build only the cheapest cavemen.Build egg turrets until you have four. Takes me until the level with the pointy sword guys.Never let your cavemen get past your turret range. Build as many as you need, but no more. Watch this especially before you do an airstrike.Don’t wait to do airstrikes. Do them as soon as you can. They are free money, and the more free money you get, the better.Even with four egg towers, things get real bad when the enemy gets the army men. They can knife jab through a mass of ten cavemen and damage your base. When you see army men, you should have enough XP to level up to the army man level yourself, and get a machine gun tower.From their I get three machine guns and one of the best rock towers. You’re safe then until they get the sci fi age and the tanks of that age.You need heavy plasma cannons for those. Once you have four heavy plasma cannons, you won. They can’t touch you.Go do the laundry or something until you have $1.5 million.I’m not sure how many top-level soldiers it takes to win. I do know that four wasn’t enough.When I finally won, I had eight left on the screen, but I let the game run so long I had millions of $, and just kept clicking on build.One thing I noticed: the enemy never built more than one plasma cannon. The mid-level one, I think. (Where he got money to keep building units, I guess it was like the earned income tax credit. He hadn’t killed a unit of mine for at least 20 minutes, once I had the plasmas.)Good luck.

I love this game, it’s so nostalgic!!! My main complaint is that endgame is too easy, once you have the max level turrets you just sit there until you have enough money to spam a bunch of super soldiers to win it. Impossible mode is a bit better but even then once you’ve maxed out your turrets all strategy goes out the window
