Makes the lives of your managers and employees easier. Managers save hours every week by quickly building accurate schedules, and approving shift changes at the touch of a button. They can also publish open shifts, keep connected and stay on top of business performance on the go. Employees get more exact schedules, and can quickly and easily requests swaps, suggest unavailability, volunteer for open shifts, request time off and view payroll information, while staying connected with the business, their managers and their colleagues. Fourth’s Purchase-to-Pay and Inventory Management solution:
Keeps operators on top of inventory by ensuring regular valuations are quickly and easily captured. Getting started with the Fourth App:
The Fourth App requires a Fourth Account to login, your employer needs to have given you access through an activation email and if you have any problems with access you should contact your line manager.
My job just switched to this last week for no reason at all it's a huge pain everybody hates and nobody will explain to us why we needed to switch we had no problems with the last system but this one the app is 100% useless your schedule your messages the entire system is only on a web browsers the only purpose this app serves is a easy access one click to the website you can't do anything in this app expect turn on and off your push notifications I wish they gave us an option for zero stars because that's how many I give this system any management higher ups out there looking to switch your system please check these reviews save your self and your employees the trouble this thing is terrible do not use this one

The only thing this app has going for it is that it will keep you logged in. However, you can’t do anything except change notification preferences on the app. If you want to see your schedule or messages it takes you to your browser and opens the HotSchedules website rather than just showing it on the app. What’s the point of an app that just takes me to a website when I could just use the browser in the first place. The HotSchedules app was much better.

My restaurant uses this for a ton of stuff but I mostly use it for scheduling servers. It’s way easier than what we used to use and my team members actually use and love the app. They always know exactly when they’r working and can pick up extra shifts when they want to. The fact they can see their pay stub is awesome too - thanks!
Worst scheduling app / website

This is the worst scheduling app / website I’ve ever had to use as a server. So not user friendly and you can’t change anything about your preferences. Not to mention everything is in military time and there’s no way to change that either....you can’t even log out unless you delete the app and redownload it. I can’t understand why my company would pay to use this. Make some updates please.
