Mobile deposit is a JOKE. The app almost never finishes a deposit because it never finds the endorsement… and I’m using an authorized bank stamp! After weeks and now months the bank register still has no deposit detail. Linking to QuickBooks? I wish! Worked for a couple weeks then Poof! Too many calls to support… too much time wasted. After years with Bryn Mawr Trust I’m shopping for a new bank for ALL my banking.

For the love of god, stop asking us to change passwords every few months!! We need to use the app on the go and all the sudden we have to get on the web, change password and then re-link the account to any other apps we have it linked!!And don’t say it’s for security reasons, my other banks don’t do it.Is it so hard to make an app that actually works??? Like you don’t have the money to pay a developer??

Stopped using Mob at this bank !You can’t just “open”You go thru to many “check” points then you may get into checking your account.To long.You may think this is a “good” thing but frankly the security should be handled internally by the bank.Without customers forced help. So if you don’t want to carry 3 different entry identifiers (that change ) This is not the mobile bank for you. Frankly where’s the security in keeping info on you to get into mobile app ( if it falls in wrong hands your in same boat.)This bank although excellent in house Bank services needs a new I. T. Team to make it easier to use. Get your internals up to date and leave security at your end not with me jumping thru hoops!

Never had any issues when this bank was Beneficial. Mobile Deposits have become a major pain. Because of the app’s inability to read a bank deposit stamp. I now have to go the bank to make deposits. ONE STAR IS TO MUCH
