Unable to use QuickPay

The app itself is good but after an update to it, I’m unable to use QuickPay and for every transfer I want to do that requires searching up the contact, I have to go back to the main page and back to the contact again in order to be able to transfer. It’s been a hassle.

OTP Confirmation Button Not Available for International Payments

I have been experiencing an issue with the BML app when trying to make international payments. After entering the OTP, the “Confirm” button does not appear, making it impossible to complete the transaction. This has been frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent payments.I am using an iPhone with iOS 18.3.1, so the issue may be related to compatibility with the latest software. I hope the development team can address this bug soon, as it significantly impacts the app’s functionality.Overall, the app is useful, but such issues need to be resolved quickly to ensure a smooth banking experience.

With the recent update it looks like the safe area of the screen is messed up on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.2. The navigation bar and tab bar view is beyond safe area resulting not able touch back button on the navigation bar...[Update]Thank you dev team for fixing the above issues on version 2.1.10.

Instructions provided by call center staff are not accurate and having to visit the bank because of the misinformation and the staff being unable to provide the service when we have visited the bank shows lack of interest to help the customers. About the app, transactions are pending for weeks and we are unable to get a clear statement through the app. Useless at the most important times
